Reintegrate Health Group is a non-profit company in Muldersdrift, Gauteng. Our reintegration home is a safe, structured and substance-free step-down residence for adults who have completed medical detox. Over 90 to 120 days, residents rebuild their health, skills and relationships, and prepare to return to work, family and community.
Three phases over 90 to 120 days: stabilization and orientation, active skill building with counselling and vocational training, then transition into work, study and family life, followed by 12 months of aftercare.
For adults 18+ who have completed 14 to 28 days of medical detox or primary treatment. Families, clinics and employers are welcome to contact us about a referral.
